Chairs in metal and grey mottled fabric edition airborne 1950 set of 8
This suite of chairs was made in the 1950s in France and then produced by Airborne (labels present under certain chairs, see photo). These chairs are composed of a tubular structure in black lacquered metal, a backrest and a seat in foam covered with the Gray fabric from the Cool Clean range of our partner Maison Thevenon. A timeless grey color that can be associated with all interior styles. The little "plus" of this fabric: it is washable!
We love the minimalist lines of the model which recall the CM196 model by French designer Pierre Paulin. We imagine them around a table with a Carrara marble top or an oak table with a nice patina of time. In any case, these chairs will be discreet but will bring a vintage style to your interior.
