Description

This daybed was designed by Charlotte Perriand, French designer, to furnish the ski resort Les Arcs in 1950. Originally this bed is the low part of a bunk bed.  It is composed of a structure in solid pine with four feet, a mattress and a cylindrical cushion in foam covered with a black linen fabric.

The choice of black fabric highlights the beautiful patina of the wood.
