These chairs, Hashwood model, were designed by the famous designer Philippe Starck in 1987 then produced by the 3 Suisses ("Starck" signature below the seat, see photo). These chairs are made up of a tubular structure on which a round metal circle sits, all lacquered in anthracite gray. The Hashwood model joins the designer's creations, in a radical post-modernist style where each object is brought back to its primary function in a timeless and sober material.
The style of this chair is in the spirit of the creations of Martin Székely, Ron Arad and Paolo Pallucco.
An essential model of Philippe Starck's creations for any collector or lover of beautiful objects! These chairs can easily be placed around a dining table in combination with other models from the designer.
