Philippe Starck armchairs model Costes alluminio metal gris edition Driade 1988 set of 2

Description

This pair of armchairs, Alluminio model, was produced by Aleph Driade in 1988. It is made from a curved and riveted aluminum sheet resting on an aluminum tripod base. This is the famous model designed by Philippe Starck, for the Costes cafés, in a rarer aluminum version.

Do you want to acquire an exceptional piece that will probably tomorrow be a true icon of post-modernist design from the 1980s? This model will be one of the essentials to have in your collection. We like the strict lines of the tripod base to which is added the rounded design of the backrest. Two seats that we imagine in an entrance, in a bedroom or why not at the ends of your living room table?
