Pierre Paulin chairs model CM196 edition Thonet 1950 set of 6

Description

This set of chairs, famous model CM196, was designed by Pierre Paulin in the 1950s and then edited by Thonet. It is composed of a tubular structure in black metal, a seat and a backrest in foam covered by a beige linen from Maison Thevenon.

The black wooden seat and the back pads are proof of the authenticity of the chairs.

These chairs are a classic of twentieth-century design, it seduces by its minimalist lines and the lightness of the model.
