This pendant light, model 551, was designed by the Italian designer Oscar Torlasco in 1958, and it was published by Lumi. It is composed of a vertical arm on which a sphere in blue lacquered metal and brass is fixed. 12 light points complete the set.
This 100% original pendant light is a model with an incredible design! It will find its place in a living room or even an entrance.
The designer, mainly active between 1950 and 1960, is at the origin of numerous lighting fixtures (wall lamp, floor lamp, pendant lamp), some of which have won awards. His style is a delicious mix between industrial style, Space Age and Italian Art Deco. He will use many materials in these creations such as steel complemented by marble, crystal and brass.
