Bernard Albin Gras desk lamp model 205 1930

Description

This desk lamp was designed in the 30s by Bernard Albin Gras ("GRAS" embossed on the central ball joint, picture n°4). It consists of a cast iron base, two arms and a reflector, all in nickel-plated finish. The original socket requires a reference bulb B22.

Use by Le Corbusier and Henri Matisse, this lamp is an icon of design and the delight of collectors.
