Inspired by the creations of Isamu Noguchi, Guillaume Guinet creates in 2009 a collection of luminaires combining lightness and delicacy. The Cobicylindre model, which is part of it, consists of a combination of two fibers: the carbon fiber chosen for its resistance and sobriety and the fiberglass for its transparency and it plays with light. Carbon fiber, a material derived from aeronautics, is used on the foot of this lamp; this innovative material offers incomparable strength.
The lampshade is made entirely by hand in fiberglass, a contrast between the raw fiber outside and smooth inside that sends a soft and warm light. Electrical installation with bulb E27.
The original design and the timeless modernity of this piece do not leave indifferent.
